The problems of China’s PC girder bridge in the middle of span continuousdownwarping and web cracking that troubled bridge designers for decades. It has have not yetbeen further resolved to avoid these two problems although already know where the problemlies. In order not to repeat the same mistakes, designers generally choose the cable-stayedbridge in span bridge about200m, which is not economic. It is indeed a feasible way that that the concept of use of “dead load zero moment" andthe introduction of double limb corrugated steel webs material in bridge designing canprevalent the two diseases that web crack across the middle and scratching under of PCcontinuous girder bridge. The research results hope to provide technical reference for bridgedesign and reinforcement. The thesis summarizes the problems and limitations of corrugated steel webs (singlelimb) PC girder bridge which is very popular recently, then proposed two limbs corrugatedsteel webs PC girder bridge with corrugated steel webs dual limb can increase bridgespanning capacity, this may provide a continuous beam bridge built on a long-span bridges. The thesis details the structure design and construction programs in130m two limbscorrugated steel webs continuous beam bridge which is modeled on the construction of thePoyang Lake Bridge, and use of MIDAS Civil which is a finite element software to check it’sstrength. According the above work to play a valuable role for future design of the thebridge-type. The research hopes to provide technical reference for bridge design.
