With the rapid development of e-commerce,the business volume of China's logistics industry has experienced explosive growth.While the development of logistics industry has led to the increasing demand for urban distribution capacity,the problem of environmental pollution has gradually emerged.Therefore,the electric vehicle with zero emission and low cost has become a new development trend of urban distribution tools.The green distribution vehicles make the urban distribution get rapid development,but because the electric vehicle is a new type of vehicle,the logistics enterprise using electric vehicle distribution is not mature,so in the process of distribution,it faces many problems.For example,A company is faced with the problems of unscientific and unreasonable vehicle scheduling scheme and low vehicle utilization rate of electric vehicles in the distribution process.Therefore,this paper takes the electric vehicle scheduling under the back charging scene as the research object,taking the urban distribution of A company as an example.Firstly,the related concepts of urban distribution and electric vehicle are described,and the related theory of vehicle scheduling problem is described,so that the electric vehicle scheduling problem is fully understood.The advantages,disadvantages and application scope of several typical solving algorithms are summarized.On this basis,according to the conclusions of previous studies,the genetic algorithm is selected as the solving algorithm,and it is improved.Secondly,the current situation of urban distribution and the problems faced in the process of distribution of A company are analyzed.On this basis,the optimization objective is determined,returning to distribution center for fast charging is considered,and a reasonable charging scene is set,and the constraints such as load capacity constraints,time constraints and electricity constraints are considered.The electric vehicle scheduling optimization model with the objective of minimizing distribution cost is established,and the improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.Finally,combined with the data of 31 randomly selected distribution points of A company,using MATLAB R2015 b to realize the function of the algorithm,optimized vehicle scheduling scheme is obtained,and compared with the vehicle scheduling scheme before the optimization.The results show that the vehicle scheduling scheme under the back charging scene has a significant reduction in the distribution cost,and through the analysis of influencing factors,it is found that the power consumption and transportation time have a great effect on reducing the distribution cost.
