As the "lifeline" project of the city,the development and construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery plays an important role in the process of urbanization.It provides a convenient underground space for laying and maintenance,and provides more protection from external damage.It is obvious to all that there are many underground cracks in Xi’an urban area,which brings great safety risks to the construction of Xi’an underground space project.Some studies have shown that under the action of ground fissure activity,the damage or rupture of the comprehensive pipe gallery will cause serious engineering disasters,which will bring incalculable economic losses to the urban construction.Therefore,the difficulty of Xi’an comprehensive pipe gallery construction focuses on how to deal with the problem of crossing ground cracks,and before the construction,effective control measures are taken to ensure the stability of the main structure.Based on this,this paper uses the method of numerical simulation to establish the comprehensive pipe gallery reflection analysis model for crossing ground cracks,analyzes the stress and deformation characteristics of the stratum soil and the pipe gallery structure,and analyzes the ground cracks Based on the analysis of the influence of staggered movement on the pipe gallery structure,the corresponding construction measures are put forward,The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the spatial distribution of xi ’an ground fissures and activity characteristics,analysis of ground fissure activity trends in one hundred,and forecasts the xi ’an ground fissures in the maximum subsidence value in the design of use fixed number of year.(2)The three-dimensional calculation model of underground composite pipe corridor crossing ground crack is established,and the simulation scheme of the model is analyzed and selected,mainly taking into account the influence of three factors,such as dislocation,oblique Angle and buried depth of pipe corridor,on the stress and deformation characteristics of composite pipe corridor crossing ground crack.(3)By analyzing the soil deformation on both sides of the ground crack,the structural stress of the integrated pipe corridor and the structural deformation of the integrated pipe corridor,the axial stress-strain law of the integrated pipe corridor and the failure mechanism of the staggered lower pipe corridor structure of the ground crack are revealed,and the influence range of the staggered ground crack on the integrated pipe corridor is determined.(4)Starting from the structural control measures of the damage mechanism of the pipe gallery,the paper mainly adopts the mode of sectional joint setting,flexible joint setting,supplemented by other control measures,and puts forward the construction prevention measures of the comprehensive pipe gallery crossing the ground cracks in combination with the length of the pipe gallery fortification.At the same time,two construction measures of sectional joint setting and flexible joint setting of the comprehensive pipe gallery crossing the ground cracks are carried out by using the numerical simulation method rationality verification.
