In the urban development and construction,the term "comprehensive pipe gallery" is mentioned more and more frequently in the field of infrastructure.Corrugated steel pipe corridors can solve the shortcomings of traditional concrete pipe corridors such as long construction period,uneven foundation settlement,and large damage to the surrounding environment.Based on existing researches at home and abroad,it is found that improper selection of construction methods during the construction process will not only affect the safety performance of the main structure of the pipe gallery,but also cause serious economic losses,and the types of loads and soil properties involved in the construction process Parameters will affect the deformation and stress state of the pipe gallery during the construction process.Therefore,in order to improve the comprehensive benefits of the pipe gallery,it is particularly important to analyze the construction process of the corrugated steel pipe gallery.This paper uses the combination of engineering theory analysis and finite element software ABAQUS simulation to simulate the construction process of the corrugated steel pipe corridor.The main content is the following three aspects(1)Introduction to the engineering construction process: Based on the current status of the pipe gallery,the key construction procedures such as the excavation of the corrugated steel pipe gallery,foundation treatment,pipe gallery assembly,backfill materials and compaction requirements,and the precautions during the construction process are carried out Elaborated.(2)Simulation of backfill construction process: Detailed description of the establishment process of the pipe gallery model,discussion of the soil and steel constitutive models that affect the soil-structure interaction,according to the construction specifications and using the "life and death unit" function in ABAQUS to analyze the pipe gallery The deformation and stress of layered symmetrical construction and asymmetrical construction are compared.In this construction simulation process,the load is only the weight of the soil and the pipe gallery.(3)Analysis of the parameters affecting the performance of the pipe gallery:based on the backfill results of the pipe gallery adopting a layered and symmetrical construction method,a live load is applied to the pavement after the construction is completed,and the degree of its influence on the structural deformation is studied;and by changing the soil body The friction angle,elastic modulus and morphological parameters of corrugated steel plate are used for in-depth analysis of the performance of the pipe gallery.
