With the continuous advancement of the national supply-side structural reforms and the acceleration of energy structure adjustment and optimization,energy companies are facing increasingly fierce market competition.Human resource management has become a core factor for companies to obtain competitive advantages.Salary management is a human resource management The important components are related to the sustainable,healthy and stable development of the enterprise.In the era of knowledge economy,talent is the key factor that determines the success or failure of an enterprise.Middle-level management personnel play a vital role in the development of an enterprise.Their working ability and attitude will directly affect the economic benefits of an enterprise.Encouraging middle-level managers of enterprises,attracting excellent external talents,and providing a strong talent team support for the long-term development of enterprises are important issues facing enterprises.This article selects Xinneng Company’s middle management salary system as the research object,deeply studies and learns the salary concept and related theories,adopts the questionnaire interview method to conduct a salary satisfaction survey on the middle management staff,and uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature research method According to other research methods,the existing problems of Xinneng’s current salary systeminclude the lack of internal fairness of the salary,the poor effect of salary incentives,the lack of long-term incentives in the salary system and the single welfare design.Through the salary questionnaire survey,the idea of??optimizing the design of the salary system was clarified.Under the premise of job analysis and job evaluation,the concept of broadband salary management was introduced to optimize the design of the salary system of the middle-level management personnel of Xinneng Company and carry out its implementation effect.Evaluation,and finally give a targeted solution.This paper hopes to optimize the design of the salary system of the middle management personnel of Xinneng Company to solve the problem of insufficient incentives in the salary system,improve the work enthusiasm and salary satisfaction of middle management personnel,and further enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
