At this stage,the speed and scale of the development of high-tech industries are increasing,especially technologies such as "Internet Plus," cloud platforms,big data,and new energy,which have also impacted the development of traditional industries,such as the construction industry,the machinery manufacturing industry,etc.This situation has led to significant changes in the talent structure.In the face of the new era and new situation,the traditional industry needs to adjust the human resource strategy in combination with the national conditions,social conditions,and public feelings.This thesis uses the salary of Xingtai Municipal Construction Group System optimization as the research object.Based on the relevant domestic and foreign research theories and the company's actual situation,the company's current salary system is optimized.This thesis first clarifies the research issues and the current research status at home and abroad to make the optimization design of the salary system of Xingtai Municipal Construction Group more forward-looking.Simultaneously,given the construction industry's characteristics,the construction industry's compensation system's concepts are defined.The theory and methods of construction of the compensation system are also analyzed.Secondly,through field surveys,the Xingtai Municipal Construction Group and its existing salary system are analyzed.Investigate current salary satisfaction,organizational justice,benefits,and performance appraisal through questionnaires.The following problems were found: the principle of fairness is not fully reflected,the salary structure is not reasonable,the imperfect enterprise welfare system,lack of smooth promotion channels,and others.Analyzed the causes of the above problems,laying the foundation for the optimization of the salary system.According to Maslow's demand theory and salary system construction theory,the work analysis and job value evaluation of Xingtai Municipal Construction Group Company were conducted.The group's compensation system is then improved and perfected through the design of job salary grade,job salary broadband,job salary reform,salary distribution and adjustment,salary adjustment,etc.To optimize the salary system of Xingtai Municipal Construction Group smoothly implemented,specific safeguard measures are also proposed,thereby realizing themaximum benefit of the optimization of the salary system of Xingtai Municipal Construction Group.
