Due to global energy reduction and environmental pollution caused by fossil energy,people have gradually realized the importance of clean energy,and wind energy as one of the most important and promising green clean energy is rapidly gaining development of.Usually located at high altitudes,high latitudes,hills,plains or some coastal areas as the site of the wind field is more common.When winter comes,the temperature decreases,and the leaves in the cold and humid environment for a long time are extremely prone to ice-covering accidents.As a result,the unbalanced load of the entire wind turbine equipment will increase,which will damage the entire wind turbine equipment and seriously affect the safe operation of the entire wind farm.To ensure the safe and stable operation of the wind turbine,the icing fault of the blades of the wind turbine is analyzed and studied,and the solution is put forward,and builds a set of monitoring system for icing conditions of wind turbine blades based on vibration-acoustic emission technology.The specific research work is as follows:In this paper,based on the icing model of the wind turbine blade,the SIMPLE algorithm is used to calculate the air flow field around the blade.The Euler method is used to calculate the water droplet collision coefficients around the blade,and then the ice coating mass balance equation and ice coating energy balance are calculated.The equation determines the mass of ice on the surface of the fan blade.In order to make up for the deficiency of conventional testing in the monitoring of wind turbine blade icing,the non-destructive testing methods are analyzed and compared,in order to realize the real-time monitoring and ice-coating location of the Wind Turbine Blade,the vibration-acoustic emission(AE)two-in-one technology is selected,which can capture the burst signal,be sensitive to the tiny defects,and be able to detect the initial fault of the equipment earlier,and the dynamic information of the wind turbine blade state is captured without affecting the normal operation of the wind turbine.Build a wind turbine blade ice coating state monitoring system,choose STM32407,the information collection module adopts a combination of vibration-acoustic emission sensor as the main,temperature sensor,icing sensor,current sensor,pressure sensor and other sensors to achieve the blade The collection of status information analyzes and processes the collected data,and converts the icing information into information such as impact,waveform flow,and frequency spectrum that are easy to observe.Finally,the experimental analysis of the icing condition monitoring system of the wind turbine blade is constructed,and the data extraction algorithm in the system issimulated using MATLAB simulation software,which verifies the feasibility of the system and provides a targeted maintenance plan for the wind farm The reliable technical guarantee is of great significance for avoiding the huge economic loss caused by the icing of wind turbine blades in the wind farm.
