As maglev trains have been commercialized in Shanghai,Changsha and Beijing,maglev technology has received extensive attention in the modern transportation.However,no researcher has studied the performance evaluation method of the levitation control system in maglev train.In this paper,the performance evaluation methods of determinism,robustness and randomness are analyzed through the simulation and experiment of the levitation control system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The influence and mathematical description of the eddy current effect and track irregularity on the levitation system are indicated.Then,the dynamic model of the levitation system considering multi-disturbance factors is established,which provides the foundation for the study of performance evaluation method.(2)The dynamic,steady-state and error integral indexes involved in deterministic performance evaluation method are used to evaluate the levitation process so as to verify the applicability of each index in the suspension control system.Furthermore,a parameter optimization scheme based on multiple performance indexes is proposed.(3)Combined with the ISO14839 standard,the advantage of maximum sensitivity function index in the robustness evaluation is demonstrated,the track irregularity interference is used to verify its applicability in levitation control system.In addition,the influence of eddy current effect and load variation on the system robustness is analyzed.(4)By simulating various random disturbance conditions,the minimum variance index is applied to assess the operating data of the levitation control system in order to illustrated the ability of the system to resist random disturbance.(5)The levitation control system based on the maglev vehicle is built through hardware design and software design.The feasibility of the performance evaluation method was verified by experiments.Finally,the comprehensive performance evaluation method system was established.System debugging according to the performance evaluation method not only provides guidance for the design of system and control parameters,but also quantifies the control effect of the system,which makes system debugging more scientific and easier.
