The air core superconducting linear synchronous motor is considered by the industry to be the best choice for high-speed and even ultra-high-speed propulsion due to its large push-to-weight ratio,high efficiency and high thrust density.In this paper,the air core linear synchronous motor is taken as the research object;the motor control model is established;the control method of the air core linear synchronous motor is studied.The software and hardware platform of the control system is designed and built.Finally,the experimental verification is carried out.In this paper,the mathematical model of air-core superconducting linear synchronous motor is established firstly.The accuracy of the model is verified by finite element simulation method.On this basis,the influence of motor parameters on the thrust characteristics and power characteristics of the motor is analyzed,which lays a foundation for the design of the control system of high-speed air-core linear synchronous motor.Secondly,based on the mathematical model of air-core synchronous linear motor,the control system model of the motor is established.The PID control algorithm and the auto disturbance rejection control(ADRC)algorithm based on SVPWM motor vector control are designed respectively.The control effects of the two algorithms are simulated and analyzed.The results show that both control methods can achieve good control of motor thrust.Compared with the PID control algorithm,the auto disturbance rejection control algorithm can observe the disturbance real-time compensation and has better suppression effect on the motor thrust fluctuation.At the same time,for the existing permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,the motor control system is designed and implemented,including the strong part of the motor,the weak part and the communication monitoring system.The motor thrust was tested by testing the motor back EMF calculation and the motor stall test.The results show that the experimental test results,back EMF calculation results and simulation calculation results are consistent,and the accuracy of the motor thrust model and control model is verified.The experimental research on PID vector control and auto disturbance rejection control algorithm is carried out.The results show that the thrust fluctuation of the air core linear synchronous motor is very small,which is less than 7% of the thrust output.Compared with the PID algorithm,the auto disturbance rejection control algorithm can better compensate and suppress thrust fluctuations.At the same time,the good performance of the motor control system hardware platform is verified,and the fluctuation suppression and motor acceleration performance meet the design requirements.The research results in this paper have important reference significance for the ultra-high-speed maglev traffic and electromagnetic emission technology based on high-speed linear synchronous motor.
