Respiratory diseases are common and possessing high frequency.In recent years,inhalation therapy has become a key and effective treatmenting method for respiratory diseases.Previous studies have shown that monodisperse droplets have obvious therapeutic advantages,and moderate atomized droplet size and distribution can have the drug directly act on the target organ and effectively improve the utilization efficiency of the drug.Electrospray is a kind of technology which is extremely soft and can produce uniform monodisperse droplets.Based on this,an integrated induction electrostatic spray nozzle is designed,and its structural configuration parameters and atomization characteristics are analyzed and optimized.The main works are:The configuration parameters of nozzle structure were analyzed and optimized from the aspects of spray needle arrangement and electrode size,etc.Ansoft Maxwell simulation software was used to conduct numerical simulation calculation of electric field intensity for models with different configurations,and the influence of array mode,electrode size and nozzle-electrode spacing on electric field distribution was obtained.The applicable experiment platforms were built,focusing on working conditions,solution properties and other influencing factors,measurement tests of the charge mass ratio and particle size distribution of the spray nozzle with different structures were performed.The atomization characteristics of the spray nozzle were investigated from the charge performance and the particle size of the atomizing liquid.The test results were fitted with the curve equation through the Matlab mathematical analysis software to achieve the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors.The results of simulation and experiment show that the electric field distribution and the atomization effect is the best when the spray needle adopts circular array and the radius is 6 mm,the outer diameter of the electrode is 36 mm,and the distance between the nozzle and the electrode is 0(the end of the spray needle is flush with the electrode surface).The effect of charging voltage on the charge mass ratio is much higher than that of liquid flow,and both of them have great impact on the droplet size.Higher charging voltage and smaller liquid flow rate will produce better charging effect and particle size distribution of atomized droplets,while in terms of solution properties,atomized liquids with higher conductivity and smaller surface tension will get better atomization effect.
