Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Ship Industry And Logistics Industry

The shipbuilding industry is one of the strategic industries for national defense construction and the national economy.It has the characteristics of long industrial chain,large capital occupation,high technological content,and long production cycle.It has close links with many sectors of the national economy and requires a large number of upstream and downstream industries.To provide them with a variety of raw materials,supporting products and professional production services.In an environment where the global shipping market is gradually rebounding,China’s shipbuilding industry revolves around industrial policies,seizes the favorable opportunity for the market to pick up,continuously optimizes the industrial structure,deepens industrial integration,and continuously improves its international status,but China’s shipbuilding industry is still facing the serious problem of low profits The situation,in which high logistics costs are very important constraints.In October 2019,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the In-depth Integration and Development of Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Service Industry",which pointed out that the advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry should be integrated and coupled.The shipbuilding industry is an important part of the manufacturing industry,and the logistics industry is a service industry.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the measurement and influencing factors of the coupling and coordinated development of the shipbuilding industry and the logistics industry.(1)Based on the study of the interactive relationship,coupling theory and coordination theory between the shipbuilding industry and the logistics industry,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of China’s shipbuilding industry and the logistics industry,as well as the supply and demand of the coupling and coordinated development of the two industries,using input and output The method calculates the correlation between the two industries and finds that the shipbuilding industry has a strong direct pulling effect on the logistics industry,and the logistics industry plays a role in promoting the development of the shipbuilding industry.(2)The evaluation index system of industrial coupling and coordinated development has been constructed from the three dimensions of basicity,scale and development,and the coupling and coordinated development of the shipbuilding industry and logistics industry in 14 provinces and cities in China from 2005 to 2018 was measured using the coupling coordination degree model.Level,and judge the coordination level and development type according to the coupling coordination evaluation standard.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of the two industries shows a trend of rising first and then slightly decreasing.The eastern region is higher than the central and western regions,and has not reached the initial coordination state.The lagging type of the shipbuilding industry accounts for a relatively large amount,and has not reached the over-synchronous type,which restricts the level of coupling and coordinated development of the two industries.(3)Using the panel data model to study the factors influencing the coordinated development of the two industries in the eastern,central and western regions of China.The variable of coupling coordination degree is added to the panel data model,as a measure of the level of coupling and coordinated development of the two industries,and the factors such as labor productivity,infrastructure,hand-held orders,scientific research investment intensity and informatization degree are conducive to the coordinated development of our two industries The government’s policy support has a more obvious role in promoting the eastern region.(4)According to the development status and existing problems of the shipbuilding industry and logistics industry,combined with the measurement results and influencing factors of the coupling and coordinated development of the two industries,countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the two industries are put forward from the national,regional and industry levels.
