The construction industry and the information service industry influence each other and are closely related. The informatization development of the construction industry is the primary measure to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises, but the breadth and depth of informatization in China are far from enough, and the construction industry in Inner Mongolia is still lagging behind compared with more developed areas, and the promotion of modern information technology is more slow.In this context, research the coordinated development relationship between the coupling between the two industries,It is beneficial to accelerate the development speed of the two industries, determine the development direction and target, and optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,to rich the theory of coupling coordination in project and the adhibition of message services and guide the industry coordinated development also has important practical significance. The paper discusses the mechanism of coupling between construction industry and information service industry, analyzes the current development status and coupling development status of construction industry and information service industry in Inner Mongolia;based on the constructed evaluation index system, the comprehensive scoring model and coupling evaluation model are used to calculate the comprehensive development level, coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the two industries from 2003 to 2018.Then,the coupling coordination degree from 2019 to 2023 is predicted by the grey prediction model.A gray correlation analysis model is used to determine the driving factors of coupled and coordinated development and to propose countermeasures to promote further coordinated development of the two industries. The conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows: the comprehensive development level of the construction industry in Inner Mongolia is rising and then falling, while the overall information service industry is rising. The coupling degree is in the moderate coupling level, and the coupling coordination degree continues to rise from moderate misalignment to mild coordination, but it is still in the early stage of coupling development. It is expected that the coupling coordination degree of the two industries will show a rising trend in 2019~2023,and the coupling coordination degree will enter the medium coordination degree in 2023,and the coupling development has a good prospect.Among all the driving factors selected, technological progress, material capital investment and government policy support have a greater impact on the degree of coupling coordination between the two industries.Specific suggestions to promote the coupled and coordinated development of Inner Mongolia’s construction industry and information service industry from three aspects: technological innovation, construction enterprises, and government support,in order to provide basic ideas for the coupling development of the two industries and better stimulate the vitality of industrial coupling development. The digitalization of traditional construction industry has become the primary measure for national development and construction enterprises to improve their competitiveness. This study helps to grasp the current situation of the development of construction and information service industry in Inner Mongolia,to systematically understand the integrity and correlation between the development of the two industries,to promote the rapid development of the information service industry and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Inner Mongolia, and to realize the cross-border integration and integrated innovation of the two industries.
