During the 2022 Winter Olympics,the National Swimming Center’s competition hall will realize the conversion of "water" and "ice" functions through the disassembly and assembly of the convertible structure and the ice-making system to meet the curling and wheelchair ice of the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games.The need for pot events.The ice surface is not cracked during the curling competition is an important indicator for the conversion of ice rink construction,which requires an in-depth study of the ice layer’s own stress performance.This article focuses on the systematic analysis of the ice force model,stress calculation model and calculation method under the load.According to the actual ice rink form and ice load form,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the analysis,and the results are theoretically analyzed.Three different theories are used: first strength theory,plastic strain zone method and Moore Coulomb strength theory formula.An analysis was conducted to determine the main forms of ice damage in fabricated ice rinks and traditional ice rinks.The ice surface of the assembled ice rink is mainly damaged by bending,and the ice surface of the traditional ice rink is mainly damaged by pressure.The ice surface of the assembled ice rink is mainly damaged by bending,so the theoretical calculation formula of the maximum bending tensile stress of the artificial ice surface of the ice rink is tried.The artificial ice surface can be regarded as a thin plate on the elastic foundation,floating on the extruded plastic board,the thickness,length and width of the ice surface are relatively small.The maximum bending tensile stress of the artificial ice surface on the ice rink can be used on the thin plate on the elastic foundation Theoretically.Combining with domestic and foreign literatures and codes,we try to put forward the theoretical calculation formula of the maximum bending tensile stress of the artificial ice surface of the ice rink,and compare it with the results of finite element analysis.Change the relevant parameters of ice surface or extruded board to verify the accuracy of the proposed formula.In fact,in the process of pouring the ice surface,honeycomb ice racks and ice row pipes will be laid on the extruded plastic plate.The ice row racks and ice row pipes will affect the force of the ice layer.According to the actual establishment of the finite element model,the ice rack and ice pipe models are built into the ice layer,and the influence of the pressure in the ice rack and ice pipe and the ice pipe on the ice bearing capacity,stiffness and stress field is analyzed.
