| In 2022,the 24 th Winter Olympic Games will be held in Beijing.In order to meet the requirements of sustainability,the National Swimming Center will realize the conversion of pool and rink by means of detachable prefabricated conversion rink,so as to meet the requirements of curling and other events.International events have high requirements on the safety and usability of the ice rink,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the material properties of artificial ice and the mechanical properties of the ice rink.In this paper,three-point bending test is used to study the bending performance of the ice and its relationship with various factors,and the finite element simulation method is used to analyze the assembled transfer ice rink as a whole.According to the actual use of ice rink,considering the influence of loading rate,ice temperature,water quality,ice thickness and environmental conditions,a total of106 three-point bending parts were made.Three point bending test,bending test after repair,surface hardness test and crystal structure observation were carried out on the artificial ice.Through the three-point bending test,the relationship between the bending performance of ice and the influencing factors is studied,and the bending performance indexes of ice under different conditions are obtained;Through the bending test after repair,it is found that the repair can improve the bending performance of ice;The surface hardness of ice was measured and it was found that there was a linear correlation between hardness and bending strength;Through crystal observation,it is found that the ice is columnar structure,and the average size of crystal is 6.6 mm.According to the bending failure mode of ice obtained from the test,the brittle cracking model in abaqus2016 software is used to simulate the field ice.By comparing the load displacement curve obtained from the numerical simulation with the test results,it is concluded that the brittle cracking model can better simulate the failure mode and stress state of artificial ice standard parts,The brittle cracking model can be used in the numerical simulation of ice field.A simplified model of transition ice rink and traditional ice rink is established.The crack development and bearing capacity of the two kinds of ice rinks under four loading modes are analyzed.The ultimate load of traditional ice rink is about 10 times that of prefabricated ice rink.The finite element model of refined assembly transfer ice rink with bent plate and bent pipe is established,and the influence of bent plate and bent pipe on the mechanical performance of ice surface cracking load is studied.It is found that the bearing capacity of ice rink with bent plate and bent pipe is about70% lower than that of pure ice surface,and the stiffness is about 8% higher. |
