Digital electronic control is the inevitable trend of the development of aeroengine control technology.To develop digital start control systems for aeroengine with China's national conditions is of great significance for realizing comprehensive control of the engine and aircraft,improving aircraft performance and reducing fuel consumption of the engine.In order to ensure reliable operation and work of avionics in the environment with electromagnetic interference without any erroneous action or failure,EMC becomes a very important performance index of avionics.Based on the logic control function of the original analog starter controller,this paper develops a brand new digital starter controller with FPGA architectureand focuses on design of the electromagnetic compatibility of the controller.Then this paper tests and analyzes EMC tests in EMC labs to contribute to the development of China's control system for aeroengines and to shorten the technological gap with advanced countries.Firstly,based onanalyzing the current research status of the starting controller,this paper designs a brand new digital starter controller,analyzes the working principle of the controller,and carries on the overall scheme design and the circuit design of each function module.Then this paper designs the software function and realizes various automatic control functions with FPGAstart-up logic.Secondly,this paperanalyzes the working environment of the starting controller and the EMI caused by itself,and determines the types of interference sources and interferences,and corresponding electromagnetic interference suppression measures are proposed.Then from the engineering design experience,the thesis separately designs the power supply,the EMI filter design,the circuit EMC design and the chassis shielding design.Based on this,the paper gives specific EMC optimization measures to improve the EMC performance of the digital starter controller.Finally,this paper tests EMC of the designed digital start controller in the military standard laboratory to verify the validity of the electromagnetic compatibility measures adopted and whether the controller can pass the electromagnetic compatibility test prescribed by the national military standard.After this,the paper analyzes the results of compliance for each test items and summarizes the electromagnetic compatibility scheme of the controller.
