In the field of aviation,more-electric aircraft engine technique has become one of the important trends of the advanced aerospace propulsion technology.Due to the extensive use of electronic devices,the electromagnetic sensitivity of the engine control system has been increased greatly,so the research on electromagnetic protection of aeroengine control system is of great significance.The electronic controller for the fuel adjusting part of the aeroengine has been designed in this thesis,also,the electromagnetic protection technology of the electronic controller has been studied combined with the simulation results of the electromagnetic environment of the engine.First,the principle of transient electromagnetic effects of lightning and the electromagnetic pulse coupling mechanism of the aeroengine control system has been analyzed in this thesis.Three kinds of electromagnetic field numerical calculation methods and electromagnetic protection strategies which are commonly used have been introduced.The transient electromagnetic effect of the model has been simulated by CST,which is an electromagnetic simulation software,combined with the geometric model of a turboprop engine,the model of controller cabinet and cables and the lightning test requirements for airplane equipment.The variation of induced electromagnetic field,surface current and cable current in turboprop engine and the influence of different engine nacelle materials have been analyzed.Next,an electronic controller for aeroengine with fuel regulation function has been designed in this thesis and the PCB model has been transformed into EMC Simulation model.The resonant frequency,signal integrity and electromagnetic field distribution of the model have been analyzed by SIwave and Designer Nexxim which are electromagnetic simulation softwares.Then the electronic controller circuit design has been optimized combined with the simulation results.Finally,the lightning protection devices which are commonly used and their characteristics have been introduced in this thesis.The TVS diode for the electronic controller designed before has been designed and selected.The lightning protection for the circuit used TVS diode has been designed.Then the model of impulse current generator and TVS diode has been built in MATLAB and the protective effect has been analyzed.
