Ultrasonic testing is the most commonly used testing method in nondestructive testing.It is one of the most commonly used testing methods for final product testing.With the gradual development of space products and the gradual progress of space materials,ultrasonic testing also needs to deal with a series of challenges.With the development of products and materials,it is necessary to adapt to new testing technical difficulties and better and faster requirements.On the basis of popularization of computer technology application,the detection industry is also developing towards integration and automation.In the face of complicated geometric products,establishing a New Detection Method for Detection System,how to Improve Detection Efficiency,Accuracy and Accuracy,which has become a necessary demand in the ultrasonic testing industry at present.This paper focuses on the principle of ultrasonic C-scan detection,designed a set of ultrasonic C scan detection system.Research and design the motion control mode of this system,the motion control mode of the system is introduced and tested through computer simulation and product testing,the scanning system was evaluated.The specific research contents are as follows:This article introduces the design of motion control components of C scan system.Firstly,the structure and working principle of ultrasonic C-scan system are introduced,on this basis,the motion control parts are introduced in detail from two aspects: the mechanical part design and the electrical part design.The program ensures a variety of product categories suitable for aerospace products.From the angle of combining ultrasonic C scanning principle with actual control method.Combined with the signal acquisition system,the motion control part of the complete C scan system is established.This article introduces the design of fuzzy PID motion control for C-scan system.This chapter mainly introduces the principle of fuzzy PID control.Combined with the actual situation of the system,the modeling analysis is carried out.Carry out analysis of simulation results,the simulation results of fuzzy PID control method and traditional PID control method are compared to verify the operation mode of the system.This article mainly introduces the situation of the system software,mainly introduces the flow and function of the system software,explains the important process in the detection process,carry out route planning and profiling work,introduce main methods and principles,and realizes the real-time imaging function of the C-scan image through the introduction of the C-scan imaging principle.This article mainly carries out the test and verification of C-scan system.To carry out the scheme design of the motion detection system test,combine with the actual product operation process,carry out physical verification of the actual operation process,analyze the test results,mainly introduces the test scheme of C-scan system,and judges the good performance of the system through the introduction of physical test process and results.
