| In view of the need of non-contact measurement in the automatic docking system of missile cabins,this paper designs and analyzes the non-contact measurement system based on the Vision camera system.It mainly develops a research of the design of non-contact measurement system,the design of non-contact measurement algorithm and the simulation and test of non-contact measurement system.This paper completed the design of the non-contact measurement system,this paper briefly introduces the system composition and mission requirements of the automatic docking platform system of the missile compartment,and explains the requirements of the visual measurement system.The non-contact measurement system required for the automatic docking of the missile compartment is built using a visual camera system.For ease of measurement,and to make the measurement results more accurate,in this paper,also designed a set of measurement conversion pen device.This measurement conversion pen is the main carrier for realizing the conversion measurement of the non-contact measurement system.The measurement conversion light pen converts the pin or hole on the missile compartment that is inconvenient to directly measure into a feature that facilitates direct recognition and measurement by the camera,thereby improving the accuracy of the system measurement.The measurement algorithm design of the non-contact measurement system is the key research content of this paper.Firstly,the modeling of the vision measurement system is completed,and the coordinate system involved in the measurement process is defined,the conversion relationship between each coordinate system is also determined.The non-contact measurement attitude conversion matrix,as well as the calculation of the position and attitude coordinates of the virtual measurement points required in the measurement have been completed.At the same time,the design of the corresponding software of this non-contact measurement system is completed.The simulation research of the non-contact measurement system is mainly to determine the main source of measurement error in this systemand evaluate the impact of these errors on system measurements.This paper compares the measurement error in several different cases by mathematical simulation and finds the main error source,and gives a corresponding method of reducing the error has been made.The feasibility of this non-contact measurement system and the accuracy of the measurement are theoretically verified by simulation.In addition,this paper also completed the construction of the non-contact measurement test system,designed the specific implementation plan of the non-contact measurement test,and developed a detailed test implementation process.The feasibilityof the theoretical design of this non-contact measurement system is verified by the physical simulation measurement test.By analyzing the test data and comparing the simulation results,it is verified that the measurement accuracy of this measurement system meets the actual missile cabin docking precision requirements. |
