With the development of science and technology and the requirements of information on the Modern Warfare,Laser-guided weapons are widely concerned,and then the demand of the low cost and high precision is put forward.As one of the important parts,laser seeker can detect and track targets.Testing the basic performance index of the seeker is needed before installed.Currently,in the field of laser guidance,the laser seekers involved are generally divided into two parts: traditional platform laser seeker and semi-active full strapdown laser seeker.The characters of strapdown laser seeker include high guidance accuracy,strong anti-jamming ability,simple structure and low cost,which it can be compatible with other guidance systems.In this paper,the design of tes system for a semi-active strapdown laser seeker was studied on the laboratory five-axis turntable.Firstly,the application background of laser guided weapon design was introduced in this paper.The technology of laser seeker test system was studied,the background and significance of the research were introduced,and the development of related technologies was investigated and analyzed,and then the development and technical index of laser seeker were emphatically studied and analyzed.According to the characteristics of semi-active full strap down laser seeker,the test method was researched.Based on the existing five-axis turntable and collimated laser target simulator in the laboratory,the overall design idea of the seeker test system was completed.Secondly,based on the in-depth study of the test system for all strapdown laser seeker,considering the existing technical conditions and the resource allocation required by the test system of laser seeker and the development of future technology,this paper focused on the supporting software and control device of the test system to achieve the purpose of power supply,data acquisition and data analysis of the seeker.There was a problem which it can not be directly driven the five axis turntable by the target-missile Line of Sight angle,because an optical system mismatched between the semi-active strapdown laser seeker and the laser target simulator used in its test system.By calibrating the seeker before testing,the problem can be solved to increase the test system feasibility.Finally,jointing adjustment the test system and analyzing result verifies the information degree,improved the overall efficiency,and added a testing method for the user of a certain type of strap down seeker before use.It provided a reliable,convenient and effective solution was provide for self-developed laser seeker detection,and simultaneously provided an efficient method for seeker users to find,analyze and locate problems.
