Study On The Delimitation Of Urban Spatial Growth Boundary In The Central District Of Acheng District,Harbin

For the urban growth boundary in terms of space,both of which are crucial for the sustainable development of the meaning of existence and spatial growth of the city.Now,the domestic urbanization increased rapidly,and thus contributed to the increasing domestic urban construction land,thus leading to ecological land encroachment and increasing environmental pollution and other related issues.So,how to effectively ensure the coordinated development of both urban sprawl and ecological balance,ecological environment and promote sustainable development,has become the focus of public attention.The implementation and planning of urban growth boundary of space not only help alleviate the pressure of urban sprawl,but also help to resolve conflict resource environment,driving the city toward sustainable development.According to the main functions of the central urban area,the corresponding assumptions are pointed out,and the urban development strategy and land layout are analyzed.Finally,in terms of management and implementation,it should be based on three dimensions,namely technology promotion,planning and policy design,This is the relevant theoretical and practical basis for defining the boundary of urban spatial growth in Acheng District.Taking the central urban area of Acheng District of Harbin as the research object,based on the two remote sensing images of 2005 and 2015,from the perspective of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,analyze the evolution process of the built-up area boundary and the construction of urban land,and find the important factors affecting urban spatial growth..Based on this,starting from the "growth" and "restriction" levels,using CA-Markov model and GIS spatial analysis technology to deeply explore the development area and pattern of urban space,determine the elastic expansion scale and rigid constraints of urban space growth,To define the ultimate urban spatial growth boundary.The main research results of the thesis include the following aspects.First,by exploring the connotation of the construction of the dual structure theory of the urban growth boundary,the significance of the construction,and the cases of domestic and foreign practice,it is finally determined that the delimitation of the urban growth boundary is through "rigidity".And "elasticity".Secondly,based on the ecological sensitivity analysis method and land suitability evaluation method,the “rigid” boundary of urban space growth is divided;finally,the CA-Markov model is used to predict the scale of urban development in 2030,and the “flexible” urban space is formulated based on this.Finally,the "rigid" boundary and the "elastic" boundary are combined to couple the two to achieve the purpose of determining the urban growth boundary of Acheng's central urban area.
