Although there are many researches on alkali slag cementitious ma terials,no scholars have found any application of such materials in masonry structures.In the study,the author replaced the cement masonry mortar with alkali slag cer amsite mortar,and used ceramsite and ceramsite as coarse and fine aggregates to make solid slag ceramsite concrete bricks.Since the alkali slag cementitious material does not decrease its compressive strength after high temperature of 650 ° C,and the ceramsite and ceramsite are forged,the alkali slag ceramsite concrete solid brick masonry made of alkali slag ceramsite mortar Not only fast and early strength,high strength,corrosion resistance,but also good fire resistance.In order to investigate the axial compressive performance of alkali slag ceramsite concrete bricks built with alkali slag ceramsite mortar,a total of 11 groups of 66 alkali slag ceramsite concrete bricks of strength grades MU25 and MU30 were completed.Axial compression test of solid brick masonry built with alkali slag ceramic mortar and mortar with strength grades of Mb15,Mb20,Mb25,Mb30,Mb45,and Mb60.The compressive stress-strain relationship curve of the solid slag ceramsite concrete brickwork was measured.Based on the experimental data,the compressive stress-strain relationship curve equation suitable for this type of masonry was obtained.The results show that when the strength of the alkali slag ceramsite mortar is constant,the compressive strength of the alkali slag ceramsite concrete solid brick masonry built by the alkali slag ceramsite mortar increase s with the increase of the strength grade of the alkali slag ceramsite concrete When the strength of the solid brick is constant,the compressive strength of the alkali slag ceramsite concrete solid brick masonry increases first and then decreases with the increase of the strength level of the alkali slag ceramic mortar.This is because when the strength of the masonry mortar is less than When the strength of solid bricks,the alkali slag ceramic mortar mortar shrinks slightly,the deformation of the mortar and the solid bricks is coordinated,the solid bricks can be uniformly compressed,and the compressive strength of the masonry increases accordingly;when the strength of the alkali slag ceramic mortars is greater than the strength of the solid bricks,Mortar shrinkage is large,gray joints are less constrained to the block;referring to the calculation formula given in the "Code for Design of Masonry Structures"(GB50003-2011),the characteristic coefficient of alkali slag ceramic mortar is introduced to affect the strength of the mortar The coefficients were optimized,and a new formula for calculating the axial compressive strength of this type of masonry was established with the compressive strength of solid bricks and the compressive strength of alkali slag ceramic mortar as independent variables.When the compressive strength of solid bricks is the same as the compressive strength of masonry mortar,the peak compressive strain and ultimate compressive strain of this type of masonry are lower than that of ordinary brick masonry.This is because the alkali slag ceramic mortar mortar has a larger shrinkage and the horizontal gray The joint's ability to restrain the block is relatively weak;when the compressive strength of solid bricks and the compressive strength of masonry slurry are constant,the elastic modulus of this type of masonry is higher than that of ordinary concrete masonry.This is because when alkali slag ceramsite When the strength of concrete solid brick masonry is the same as that of ordinary brick masonry,the strength of the corresponding alkali slag ceramsite concrete solid brick and masonry mortar are high,and the elastic modulus is large.The formulas for the calculation of peak compressive strain,ultimate compressive strain and elastic modulus of this new type of masonry are established with the compressive strength of masonry,compressive strength of solid bricks and compressive strength of masonry slurry as independent variables.The Poisson's ratio is recommended.
