Now new wall materials have been developing rapidly under the policy of encouraging“energy conservation and emission reduction during the “twelfth five-year plan” period of ourcountry. The autoclaved fly ash brick has been making obvious economic and social benefits andimproving the ecological environment of the local area because of its making use of industrialwaste material, so our country popularizes energetically its application in the engineering. Manybuilding material research units have been also researching the corresponding special mortar inaccordance with the characteristics of the autoclaved fly ash brick at the same time. The testshave been done for the mechanical properties, including different intensity levels and sinteredclay brick. The compressive tests have been also done for different age period of the autoclavedfly ash brick and sintered clay brick masonry. The tests results can provide a basis for scientificand engineering research. The contents of the specific test research include the followingaspects:1. The tests of the compressive and flexural strength had been done respectively of theautoclave fly ash brick and sintered clay brick. The fold pressure than is obtained throughanalyzing the influence factors of the compressive and flexural strength. The suggest is thatconfirm the intensity of the autoclave fly ash brick by means of the two indexes of compressivestrength and fold pressure than.2. The influence factors were analyzed through the different additive and ratio of the specialmortar offered by two material research units and the corresponding intensity level of the normalmortar. The more reasonable special mortar of the autoclave fly ash brick was selected bycomparison and analysis at the same time.3. The relationship of7days and28days was fitted for different age period compressivestrength of the autoclaved fly ash brick. Because the surface is more smooth and crisp and itsdamage presents crushing shape, so the suggest is that the enterprise should add flexiblematerials such as rubber powder, etc in order to improve the ability of resisting deformationwhen this kind brick was produced.4. The stress-strain curve was obtained and the corresponding elastic modulus was workedout through the different age period compressive strength of the autoclaved fly ash brickmasonry meanwhile the influence of the pin bolt action to the compressive strength of themasonry. The suggest is that the autoclaved fly ash brick should have a reasonable rough surface.
