Aerospace diaphragm parts are a kind of precision elastic element,widely used in the field of aerospace,he can control the movement of the valve by sensing the change of pressure,this elastic element is a shock-resistant element with a long fatigue life,to ensure Its precision requires that the amplitude is not allowed to be overloaded during the test,which makes its fatigue life test need to accurately approximate the real working conditions,so the accuracy requirements for the frequency and amplitude of vibration are also higher.However,although the existing hydraulic and electromagnetic vibration tables can complete the vibration test of this type of diaphragm element,these two types of vibration tables are large and expensive,resulting in a sharp increase in the cost of vibration testing.The traditional mechanical vibrating table is cheap and small,but there is a phenomenon of super amplitude,which makes the diaphragm very easy to be broken and unable to be tested.Based on the above analysis,it is urgently needed to clarify the cause of super-amplitude formation and the suppression plan,and develop a mechanical vibration table with super-amplitude suppression function for it,in order to reduce the vibration test of thin-plate parts that have strict requirements on amplitude Cost,improve test efficiency.First of all,this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of mechanical vibration table over-amplitude.Due to the low natural frequency of the mechanical vibration table,during the startup process of the vibration table,the over-amplitude phenomenon will occur when the operating frequency passes through the natural frequency point.Through field research on other types of vibration tables,it is concluded that all vibration tables will produce super-amplitude phenomena,but hydraulic and electromagnetic vibration tables can well suppress the generation of super-amplitude.According to the reason that the electromagnetic vibration table suppresses the super-amplitude,the super vibration suppression scheme of the mechanical vibration table is determined.Secondly,after establishing a plan to suppress over-amplitude,itsmechanical model was established,proving the necessity of eccentric system synchronous eccentricity,and determining the relevant parameters of the eccentric system;by analyzing the actual working state of the shaking table,it was established based on ANSYS The geometric model of the shaking table is used to complete the modal analysis of the shaking table,and the frequency range of the shaking table is obtained.Third,in order to realize the function of adjustable amplitude of the mechanical vibration table without stopping,a new wireless eccentric system is designed in combination with its working principle;because the vibration table needs to control multiple eccentric mechanisms at the same time,it is very easy to be in an unbalanced state during work.This design has a set of algorithms to control balance.Finally,a set of signal acquisition and computer control system was designed based on Lab VIEW software to realize the automatic test and vibration state detection of the shaker;through the ADAMS simulation software,the shaker was dynamically simulated to extract the relevant simulation data,which not only verified the super The existence of amplitude also proves that it has obvious effect on the suppression of super amplitude.
