With the development of space technology,space missions are more and more complex,accuracy requirements are becoming higher and higher.At present,many space missions carry active loads,such as flywheels,solar panels,etc.When these active loads are working,they will generate additional disturbance moments for the spacecraft.In order to be able to reduce or even eliminate these effects,it is necessary to analyze and verify the impact of these interference factors on the ground through full-physics simulation technology.To this end,this paper proposes a torque disturbance simulation system to simulate the impact of the active load on the spacecraft on the attitude of the spacecraft,providing technical support for the smooth development of the space mission.Firstly,we summarized the research status of this field at home and abroad,introducing ground simulation methods and analyzing the characteristics and deficiencies of various methods;then introduced the current status of electromagnet technology and the development of model predictive control.According to the working scenario envisaged in this paper,torque simulation requires no contact and fast response,and a design scheme of torque disturbance disturbance torque generation device based on electromagnet technology is proposed.Secondly,according to the task requirements of the torque disturbance simulation system,the design scheme of the entire simulation system is d etermined.The whole system is divided into four parts: torque disturbance simulation system interference torque generator subsystem,torque disturbance simulation system motion tracking subsystem,torque disturbance simulation system high-speed communication module,and torque disturbance simulation system software.The corresponding design and implementation plan is given for each subsystem.And the corresponding indicators were analyzed and verified.Thirdly,a non-contact interference torque generator based on electromagnet technology is designed.Through Maxwell software simulation,it is verified that the designed interference torque generator can meet the requirements of the index.Then,the controller design method of interfering torque generator i s given,the controller structure of feedforward and feedback is adopted to improve the response speed of the system,and the performance of the controller is verified by mathematical simulation.Once again,the Kalman algorithm is combined with the model predictive control algorithm to be applied in the torque disturbance tracking control system to track the attitude change of the airborne floating platform,so as to ensure the consistency of the working clearance between the force application device and the force device of the disturbance torque generator designed above,and make the generated disturbance force meet the required indexes.A torque disturbance measurement subsystem based on Kalman algorithm is presented.After filtering the attitude information,it is transferred to the torque disturbance tracking control subsystem.Then a tracking control algorithm based on model predictive control algorithm is presented to realize the tracking control of the torque generator force application device and the force device.The feasibility of the two algorithms is analyzed through simulation.Finally,by using the condition of the airborne platform to obtain its own attitude information,it can identify its own quality characteristics,then a method for high-precision measurement of interference torque is proposed.The least square method and the gradient descent method are used to realize the identification of the mass characteristics of the air floatation table.According to the mass characteristics,the high-precision measurement of the interfering torque is realized.According to the conditions of quality characteristics,high-precision measurement of interference torque is achieved.Then,the correctness of the proposed measurement algorithm is verified by mathematical simulation.
