Switched reluctance motor is a very competitive motor,with a series of advantages: high starting torque,high structural reliability of asymmetrical half-bridge power converter,and the traction characteristics of frequent heavy load start,so it can meet the electric Demand for various driving conditions of wheel mining dump trucks.In view of the fact that the switched reluctance motor is not widely used in dump trucks,this paper studies the application of the switched reluctance motor drive system in electric wheel mining dump trucks,and its power converter structure,intelligent optimization control,etc.In-depth analysis and systematic research on technical issues.(1)The composition and control technology of the switched reluctance motor system for mining dump trucks.According to the working principle of switched reluctance motor,the voltage equation,mechanical motion equation,electromagnetic torque equation,electromechanical conversion(magnetic common energy)equation are analyzed and derived,and the quasilinear mathematical model of switched reluctance motor is established.Based on its operating characteristics,By comparing the characteristic applications of basic control strategies such as current chopping control,voltage PWM control,and angular position control,the focus of this study is determined.(2)A modular,concise three-port power converter is proposed.According to the principle of the switched reluctance motor power converter,a new type of power converter is proposed,and the energy flow between the power converter and the switched reluctance motor,energy story system and generator is analyzed.Then,based on the MATLAB / Simulink simulation platform,it is built Mine dump truck switch reluctance motor drive system model,analyze and compare the difference between the new power converter and the traditional half-bridge power converter,and focus on the relevant analysis of the commutation area current and voltage.Finally,the ADVISOR software platform was used to build the vehicle model of the switch reluctance motor drive control system for mining dump trucks,and three operating conditions were set up: UDDS,NEDC,and 1015.Comparative analysis of traditional mining dump trucks and new switch reluctance The fuel consumption and SOC change value of the energy storage system of the new mining dump truck with motor power converter.It can be seen from the simulation comparison experiment that the new power converter proposed in this paper can achieve flexible energy flow control,shorten the system response time of the motor commutation area,improve the braking energy recovery utilization rate,and effectively reduce fuel consumption.(3)A DITC control strategy for switched reluctance motor based on self-tuning of FA-PID controller parameters is proposed.Due to the fact that the actual road conditions of mining dump trucks are complex and diverse,the drive motors are required to have good anti-interference and anti-shake capabilities.In this paper,the firefly algorithm PID controller is added on the basis of direct instantaneous torque control.For the problem that the PID coefficient of the switched reluctance motor speed outer loop is difficult to set,the FA-PID controller and the switched reluctance DITC system are combined.Then built the speed response experiment and torque of 200 rpm and 1500 rpm Pulsation test experimen on the MATLAB/Simulink platform.Compared with traditional methods,simulation experiments show that the selftuning algorithm based on FA-PID controller parameters can quickly obtain dynamically adaptive PID coefficients under external disturbances and sudden load changes,speed up the response speed,and shorten the response time and reduce jitter.(4)Designed the experimental platform of switched reluctance motor for mining dump trucks.Combining theory and practice,according to the existing resources of the laboratory,design software module and hardware module circuits,and build a 3k W switched reluctance motor physical simulation bench,design DSP power circuit,power converter main circuit,voltage,current and position Equal signal sampling circuit,communication circuit,etc.,build a prototype experimental platform of a switched reluctance motor drive system for mining dump trucks with TMS320F28335 DSP chip as the core main controller.Bench test results verify the feasibility of the three-port power converter designed in this paper and the effectiveness of DITC control strategies.
