With the continuous increase of car ownership in China,a series of social effects are caused,such as energy shortage,environmental pollution and traffic congestion.Electric vehicle has become the main direction of the future development of automobile industry because of its many advantages.The core component of electric vehicle is the battery,and the battery can be quickly charged is the core issue of the development of electric vehicle,is to promote the rapid development of the automotive industry.Based on this background,the research idea of rapid charging is put forward,and the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods and innovation points are described in detail.The main research is divided into the following three parts: by studying the charging characteristics of lithium ion battery,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various charging methods,and then put forward the intermittent-positive and negative pulse charging method,and explain the advantages of this method;The principle of fuzzy PID control method is analyzed.The step response curve of fuzzy PID control method and traditional PID control method is simulated by Matlab.According to the quick charge system to meet the needs of the fast charging function,the hardware system and software process design to meet the requirements,the hardware part mainly introduces the main circuit and control circuit of charging,DC/DC conversion circuit of the whole bridge as an important part of the hardware circuit,the working principle and all kinds of work modal is carried on the detailed narration.On the basis of the above research,a charging system simulation model is established to simulate the charging current and battery charge changes,and the simulation waveform is obtained.The waveform analysis verifies the efficiency and reliability of the established quick charging system.Based on the current severe environmental pressure,the research on rapid charging of electric vehicles focuses on solving the problems of long charging time and low charging efficiency,which can be applied to the electric vehicle industry,promote the development of the electric vehicle industry,and let more consumers accept electric vehicles,so as to reduce the current environmental pollution pressure in China.Figure 52;Table 6;Reference 48...
