Industry is the lifeblood of national economic development.In this field,the reliability and safety of pressure equipment such as boilers,pipelines and pressure tanks are the basis to ensure the safe operation.It mainly solves the difficult problems in accident prevention,equipment maintenance and technical transformation of pressure equipment,analyze the causes,optimize the detection methods,calculate the risk of damage,and ensure the normal operation of pressure equipment.Combined with the analysis of common failure modes and typical welding defects of pressure equipment,the typical accident cases found in the regular inspection work in Tangshan area are analyzed.By analyzing the causes of failure,technical improvement measures are given to provide basis for safe operation of pressure equipment,and to provide guidance for improvement of pressure equipment with similar defects.The failure of pressure equipment is often caused by the failure of equipment material performance to meet the normal operation.The tensile strength and yield strength of the steel specimens under different strain rates and temperatures were measured and compared by electronic universal material testing machine.Through the comparison of different surface roughness of the same sample,it is found that the surface roughness of pressure equipment material has a great influence on its hardness measurement accuracy.The surface hardness of pressure equipment materials is measured and compared by different hardness meters.The results show that the surface hardness measured by the Leeb hardness tester is the actual measurement result when the correction value of 9HB-11 HB is added artificially.Taking a coking company in Tangshan as the object,to evaluate the loss and impact.Using the regional risk safety software,through the simulation calculation of the regional overall risk,personal and social risk of methanol storage tank and steam cloud explosion,it is concluded that the personal and social risk are acceptable,and the safety protection distance is 79.89 m,the heat radiation intensity here is 7.14 k W/m2.The nearest one is the Huanghai Road(47m,20.5k W/m2),which is likely to cause serious burn and death risks to the personnel in case of accident explosion.The research results provide the basis for the government supervision,provide guidance for the safety management,technical transformation and risk assessment of the equipment users,and have important significance for ensuring safe and economic operation of pressure equipment,prolonging service life of equipment,and reducing accident loss and impact.Figure 40;Table 14;Reference 45...
