Grouting sleeve reinforcement connection technology is widely used in prefabricated concrete structures.The refined models of half grouted steel and iron sleeve steel connection were established.The parameters such as steel diameter,steel eccentricity,steel embedded length and insufficient grouting were analyzed.The influence rules of different parameters on the connection performance of half grouted sleeve steel were obtained.1)The bearing capacity calculation methods of Ahn,Hayashi,Ling,Kim were summarized.Through comparative analysis,it can be concluded that the calculated value of bearing capacity of connecting members under normal construction conditions is quite different from the test value.The ratio between the test value and the calculated value is from 0.512 to 1.395.As the embedded length of steel decreases from 8d to 5.2d,and the strength of grouting material decreases from 98.98 MPa to 32.79 MPa,the calculated value of bearing capacity is gradually close to the test value.2)The refined models of steel and iron half grouted steel sleeve connections were established.The key parameters were analyzed on them.The results show that increasing the diameter of steel bars can improve the bearing capacity of the connecting members.The geometry of the inner cavity of the iron sleeve and the eccentricity of steel bars have no significant effect on the bearing capacity.The critical embedded length of steel bars in the steel sleeve and iron sleeve is 5.5d and 5d respectively.The minimum contact length between grouting material and steel is 7.5d and 6.5d for steel and iron sleeve respectively.The grouting volume and embedded length of steel should be strictly controlled.3)The wall thickness of the steel and iron sleeve can be optimized to 2.5mm.The purpose of using base metal can be saved by reducing the thickness of sleeve.The problems that are easy to appear in the process of grouting sleeve construction were studied,and the optimization scheme for the related problems were put.Figure 118;Table 19;Reference 52...
