The upper stage of the launch vehicle is a carrier with orbital maneuvering capabilities,capable of undertaking the mission of payload orbit deployment and launch,and sending it into a predetermined orbit.With the development of technology,the tasks of the upper level will gradually increase.The function of the upper stage is developing from the carrier to the spacecraft also has the carrier,the task adaptability and versatility need to be improved.This places higher demands on the higher-level electrical systems.This article mainly develops the advanced electrical system in the upper class,investigates the development history and development trend of the spacecraft electronic system,and adopts a distributed and modular electronic system architecture.The architecture supports functional modularity,can be tailored,and can be easily expanded.The architecture also can make the function flexible configuration,the system has higher adaptability.At the same time,in order to further improve the system's task adaptability and versatility,the distributed modular electronic system of the bus network was designed with a fusion bus and a plug-and-play design,so that the system has higher compatibility and immediate response capabilities.The key problems involved in the technical solution of the bus plug-and-play interface are proposed.And adopts an integrated and reconfigurable design to meet the multi-tasking requirements of advanced electrical systems.In this thesis,a prototype of the advanced electrical system is developed,hardware development and software function development are completed,and design experiments verify that the fusion bus design and plug-and-play design are actually available.The actual received data and captured signal waveforms show that the plug-and-play interface of the fusion bus can meet the technical specifications and prove that the scheme is feasible.The design of the advanced electrical system in this article lays the foundation for the future development of the upper level,so that the upper level can implement more kinds of functions,undertake more diverse tasks,and have higher compatibility for new technology updates and extensions.
