Mini nuclear reactor is suitable to supply energy for the places where electric power is inaccessible,such as islands,plateau and desert.Vehicle or ship transportation will make this kind of energy supply movable and hidden.Therefore,researching and developing the mini nuclear reactor with vehicle or ship transportation is very meaningful for national economy and defense military.As a special energy equipment,the transportation of mini nuclear reactor must have very high security and zero failure rate.And that ask the transportation carriers have excellent vibration performance.Two parts of studies are performed in this dissertation,one part is the analysis of equipment vibration and its vibration reduction,another part is the analysis of liquid sloshing of Pb-Bi coolant and its sloshing reduction.In the first part of study,the general theory of vehicle excitations caused by road unevenness is studied.A multi degree-of-freedom vibration model of equipment and its transport vehicle is built.Study works include the response calculation and analysis under the condition of different road-grade transportation.And it include theoretical study of optimal control for vibration reduction.In the second part of study,The liquid sloshing of Pb-Bi coolant is theoretically studied.A simplified dynamical model of liquid sloshing coupled with vehicle vibration is built.The feasibility and effectiveness of carrying out optimal control strategy is verified by using this model.In addition,the statistical linearization method is verified to be applicable to handle some weak nonlinear problem,such as weak nonlinear suspension system.Finally,the whole study works are summarized and the future study about strongly nonlinear stochastic optimal control in the mini nuclear reactor's transportation is briefly introduced.
