With the rapid development of photovoltaic power generation technology,the installed capacity of photovoltaic has gradually increased,and the impact of large scale distributed photovoltaic access on the safety and stability of the distribution network has become increasingly significant.In order to make reasonable use of large scale photovoltaic,and at the same time comprehensively consider various optimizable resources such as source storage and load of the distribution network,it is urgent to establish a reasonable and effective distribution network collaborative optimization model.In this paper,based on the strategy of photovoltaic clusters and virtual power plants,a collaborative optimization method for large scale distributed photovoltaic grid access is proposed.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of photovoltaic and load in the distribution network,and designs an optimized control system for the large scale distributed photovoltaic in the distribution network,with photovoltaic clusters and virtual power plants as the main structure in the optimized control system.Secondly,in order to adapt to the participation of small-capacity distributed photovoltaic optimization,a partitioning method for photovoltaic clusters based on the Fast Unfolding algorithm is proposed.The appropriate partitioning index is selected,and the electrical distance characteristics between the nodes are considered,and the reasonable function is obtained by optimizing the complex network modularity function the results of the cluster division are verified by simulation examples.The method has good adaptability in different season and scenes.Virtual power plant within the collaborative optimization model is established.The virtual power plant effectively integrated the geographically dispersed,different types of renewable energy and user load through the control center.The simulation results show that the established internal optimization model of the virtual power plant generates revenue from external power sales at the same time,it can also deal with the uncertainty of intermittent energy output and ensure the stability of energy supply.Finally,build a multi-time scale coordinated optimization model of the distribution network based on the photovoltaic cluster.The optimization goals focus on the economics of the distribution network operation and the benefits of the virtual power plant.The minimum is the main goal to ensure the safety of operation.Through the analysis of simulation examples,the optimization method proposed can ensure the economic operation of the distribution network,and the photovoltaic has a higher income and reduces the risk of system operation to ensure safety.
