On the road of sustainable development,solar photovoltaic power generation occupies an important position in China's energy strategy,and this kind of project has gradually become a hot spot for energy investors to participate in.Photovoltaic power generation is reliable,safe,pollution-free,rich in resources and no risk of exhaustion,so it has become one of the most concerned emerging industries in the world.However,due to the large amount of investment funds,wide coverage and long construction cycle,the number of risk factors faced by project construction and managers is increasing,which makes it necessary to analyze the risk management of solar photovoltaic power generation projects,and has guiding significance for practical work.In this study,when analyzing the risk management of this kind of project,based on the professional theory of risk management and the uniqueness of the project,the risks are classified according to the sources,including the risks from policy changes,economic risks,market risks,technical risks,natural risks and operational risks.The risk in the process is analyzed and a reasonable risk assessment index is determined.Based on this,a risk assessment system is established.Based on this,the risk of photovoltaic power generation projects identified by the analysis is evaluated.In the process of building risk evaluation system,in order to ensure the scientific and accurate combination of evaluation,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy analysis method are comprehensively applied,and the evaluation process is introduced and elaborated in detail through examples.Then,the TOPSIS method is used to compare the risk level of A photovoltaic power generation project with five other local photovoltaic power generation projects.It is considered that the overall risk level of A photovoltaic power generation project is at a lower level than that of similar projects.According to the conclusion drawn from the empirical analysis,this paper ranks the risk factors according to the occurrence probability and the impact of the risk of photovoltaic power generation projects.The risk factors with high occurrence probability and large impact should be given priority.Based on this,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The risk management suggestions for large-scale photovoltaic power generation projects mainly include loss control,risk isolation,risk transfer and other specific measures.This study not only complements and improves the risk management of photovoltaic power generation projects in theory,but also provides practical guidance for the specific work of risk management of such projects.
