Corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge panel is a new type of structural member developed based on steel-concrete composite structure.Compared with traditional reinforced concrete bridge panel,corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge panel is lighter in weight and can give full play to the characteristics of steel and concrete,and has better fatigue resistance than steel bridge panel.In order to better study waveform shear connectors of steel and concrete composite bridge panel mechanical properties,better in the practical engineering application of this new type of composite bridge panel,in this paper,based on waveform Huainan Kong Li Huai River Bridge of steel and concrete composite bridge panel as the engineering background,further study of wave shear connectors of steel and concrete composite bridge panel ultimate bearing capacity and failure form of mechanics behavior.The main research contents are as follows:(1)according to the actual project and standard design waveform steel and concrete composite bridge panel,prefabricated waveform steel and concrete composite bridge panel and ordinary reinforced concrete bridge panel of laboratory test,according to the test load,loading plan for three kinds of specimen contrast waveform steel and concrete composite bridge panel and fabricated corrugated steel bridge panel and ordinary concrete specimen ultimate bearing capacity and failure form of the bridge panel.(2)The large general finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out three-dimensional nonlinear finite element simulation for the test specimen.The material nonlinearity of concrete,corrugated plate and reinforcement was taken into account.The contact nonlinearity between concrete and corrugated plate was considered.(3)Analyze the influences of shear connector diameter,concrete strength,steel plate strength and other factors on its mechanical characteristics.The results show that the diameter,the strength of steel plate and the strength of concrete are positively correlated with the ultimate bearing capacity of shear connectors,but the increase tends to decrease.These parameters influence each other and restrict the ultimate bearing capacity,of which the strength of concrete has the least influence and the diameter of shear parts has the greatest influence.(4)The test results show that the mechanical properties of corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge panels are superior,and the assembled corrugatedsteel-concrete bridge panels also have a good application prospect.Finally,the shape optimization of the single-wave steel composite bridge panel with simply supported boundary conditions is carried out,which provides reference for further engineering design and application.
