The rapid development of the industrial economy has promoted the rapid progress of the entire society,but at the same time,the safety accidents in industrial production activities have also caused serious harm to the safety of people's lives and property and environmental protection.In the petroleum,chemical,coal mine and other industries,the safety problems which caused by the explosion and leakage of the gases are the most extensive and serious.Most existing gas detection instruments have the disadvantages of single gas detection,insufficient data collection accuracy,and poor interactivity.Based on this background,this paper designs a multi-gas high-precision detection instrument with remote monitoring function.For system requirements analysis,first of all,the overall design of the system is carried out.Compared with scheme,this paper takes FPGA as the control core and uses electrochemical gas sensors,which cooperate with 4G communication technology,wireless communication technology,Beidou positioning technology,embedded development technology,sensor acquisition technology to build an overall design framework.And then to design the software and hardware of the system: the hardware part adopts programmable logic device MAX10 custom Nios II soft core processor as the control core,and designs the power circuit,gas concentration acquisition circuit,wireless communication circuit,4G communication circuit,Beidou positioning circuit,Liquid crystal display circuit,memory storage circuit,key control circuit,sound and light alarm circuit.The software part is according to the built Nios II hardware system,which based on the Nios II-eclipse software development platform.It uses the C language to call and develop the hardware abstraction layer system library(HAL)API function of the Nios II soft core processor to realize the reading of sensor concentration information.(CO,H2 S,NH3,PH3,NO,NO2,CL2,VOC,O2,SO2,temperature and humidity),wireless communication,location positioning,LCD display,data storage,danger alarm and other functions.Finally,conduct module testing and overall testing,through multi-version iterative experimental testing and functions improvement,the current indicators and functions have met the requirements of the enterprise...
