With the continuous improvement of the popularity of electric vehicles,the short board of relatively lagging charging infrastructure construction becomes more and more prominent.The mileage anxiety of electric vehicle owners is widespread.The current charging system cannot meet the needs of special users.Emergency rescue and mobile charging become urgent problems for electric vehicles.Based on 4G communication technology,this paper designs the emergency charging system of electric vehicle with the function of "intelligent charging + energy storage + battery management + cloud regulation".Electric vehicle emergency charging system is mainly composed of battery management system(BMS),emergency charging control system and cloud platform management system.The system energy storage battery pack is equipped with BMS to improve the safety of energy storage battery and extend the life of battery.The cloud platform management system realizes the unified management and remote monitoring of the emergency charging equipment.The emergency charging control system is the "brain" of the whole system,this paper designs an emergency charging control system based on STM32f207 MCU which realizes energy storage control,intelligent charging control,cloud platform server communication,identity authentication,measurement and billing,security protection,etc.through the cooperation of software and hardware,and has a variety of charging modes and energy storage modes.Aiming at the problem of high failure rate in the process of controling pulse electronic lock,a high stability electronic lock control circuit is designed to solve the hidden trouble.On the basis of software detecting system anomaly,the hardware protection circuit is designed by directly comparing the voltage of the measuring point to detect the anomaly,the real-time performance of fault detection is improved.The emergency charging system realizes the mobility of electric vehicle charging system,which can provide charging service for electric vehicle under the conditions of power grid maintenance and transformation,charging pile cannot be built,charging equipment failure or occupation,electric vehicle power loss rescue,daily appointment for home charging,etc.The emergency charging system complements the existing charging system and operation mode,overcomes the mileage anxiety of the electric vehicle owners to a certain extent,and has a good application prospect.
