Since the 21 st century,in the new era of industrial background, power system dispatching needs to perform operations such as real-time dispatching, detection, and fault shutdown. With the continuous expansion of the size of the power grid, traditional economic dispatch methods for power systems have been unable to meet the needs of Chinese power system intelligence and development direction of automation.Disadvantages of traditional power system scheduling methods include high computational pressure and high communication requirements.Distributed multi-agents can complete the economic dispatch of the power system under conditions such as limited and unreliable communication, and can complete operations such as detection and decision-making based on neighbor agent information to meet the intelligent development direction of the power system. In this paper, based on the unified framework of distributed multi-agent system, the distributed economic scheduling method of power system is studied.Firstly, the power constraint of economic scheduling is modeled as the input saturation constraint of nodes in distributed multi-agent system. For the multi-agent consensus problem with input saturation and input uncertainty,a consensus control method based on continuous control and event-triggered control is proposed and proved theoretically. Then, according to the multi-agent consensus model with input saturation,a distributed power scheduling algorithm considering power constraints is designed. In the process of power scheduling, each generator can meet its own power constraints, and the incremental cost can reach the optimal consensus to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system, which is verified by numerical simulation.Furthermore,an event-triggered economic scheduling method for power system is designed. In the scheduling method, the event-triggered triggering method can effectively reduce the communication frequency, and the power system can achieve the optimal operation state, which is verified by experimental simulation. Finally,an economic dispatching method of power system based on quantitative communication is designed. In the dispatching process, the quantitative communication transmission mode is adopted to avoid the limitation of communication bandwidth, and the incremental cost converges to the optimal incremental cost. The simulation results show that the power system can run stably.
