With the progress of China’s society and the development of the national economy,people’s living standards continue to increase,and the volume of villa buildings continues to expand and increase.At the same time,people’s requirements for the thermal comfort of the indoor environment of villa buildings are also increasing.However,the current villa buildings generally use room air conditioners or conventional comfort air conditioning systems for air conditioning.To meet the indoor humidity requirements,the evaporation temperature or chilled water temperature needs to be kept at a low level.There are relatively low energy efficiency and indoor thermal comfort Poor sex and air pollution.Under this background,an independent temperature and humidity control air-conditioning system came into being.The system independently controls the indoor temperature and humidity,avoiding the problems of high energy consumption,temperature and humidity control imbalance and air pollution caused by the coupling of heat and humidity.Therefore,to prove the operating characteristics of this type of air-conditioning system in villa buildings has important guiding significance for reducing energy consumption and operating costs of villa building air-conditioning systems,and improving indoor thermal comfort and air quality.In view of this,this paper first uses the transient simulation software TRNSYS to construct the villa building model,calculate the hourly cooling load of its air conditioning season,and study and analyze its load distribution characteristics;on the above basis,use TRNSYS software to establish fan trayThe simulation model of the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system of tube and fresh air conditioning system and ground source heat pump and radiant roof is used to analyze and compare the energy consumption and thermal comfort of these two air conditioning systems used in villa buildings.This article mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The ratio of sensible heat load to latent heat load in the building is about 3.1: 1,and the independent control of temperature and humidity by temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system has obvious energy saving advantages;(2)The villa building uses a ground source heat pump and a radiant roof to control the temperature and humidity independently.The air conditioning system is superior to the traditional central air conditioning system with fan coil and independent fresh air in terms of thermal comfort;(3)The villa building uses a ground source heat pump plus a radiant roof to control the temperature and humidity independently.The air conditioning system is significantly better than conventional air conditioning systems in terms of operating energy consumption and energy efficiency.The entire cooling season can save669.0k Wh of electricity and the energy saving rate reaches 20.8%.
