| In order to further improve the production efficiency of assembly line,reduce production costs and product quality,the company’s develop strategy is to upgrade assembly line.To design a high automation and digital lean assembly line of hammer and propose the model of lean production line upgrading,the main research is to apply the system theory and method of industrial engineering and lean line design,and combine the automatic assembly technology,digital and information technology to build an effective assembly line and transformation solution.The research project was launch in early 2018.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Overall structure design of assembly line.To clarify the overall requirements of lean assembly line design of A-4 electric hammer,clarify the design ideas and framework of high automation and digital lean assembly line,and provide the design basis and basis for the detailed design of follow-up lean assembly line.(2)Design assembly process and layout.Through the analysis and research on the current situation of hammer assembly process,try to combine the MTM with the automation scheme design,design the automation assembly system that can meet the modern industrial production.From the aspect of investment return,evaluate the feasibility of the implementation of the automation assembly system upgrade and transformation scheme.Design an economic,flexible and expandable production line layout scheme.(3)Design assembly quality Poka Yoke system.For the high-risk position with missing parts,industrial camera visual inspection solution is used instead of manual visual inspection;for the packaging position with missing and wrong accessories,scanning code weighing and printing solution is used to avoid using wrong and missing accessories,and product traceability is realized.Study the solution of the whole line Poka Yoke system to avoid the setting of the error prevention device of the production line.(4)Design assembly digitalization.This paper studies how to use MES production execution system solution to connect equipment,production line and products together,monitor assembly line equipment and production status in real time,realize transparency and visualization of production process,improve the timely accuracy of information flow,and realize traceability of products and parts.It puts forward the plan of researching and modeling using assembly line data obtained by digital construction,optimizing the management of new employees’ climbing and small downtime,reducing performance loss and improving production efficiency. |
