| As an important safety component of automotive,the quality of fuel tanks plays indispensable roles because of the occurred accidents caused by quality problem.In this work,the quality risk items in the fuel tank production process are analyzed,and FMEA is employed to study the defects and failure reasons in shooting process,and Poka-Yoke technology is also used to reduce the probability of failure,so as to improve the quality of fuel tank product effectively.Firstly,the current situation of quality control in automotive and parts industry is investigated,and the theory and application of FMEA and Poka-Yoke technology are analyzed.Meanwhile,the development of D company,the production process of fuel tank and the quality problems are introduced in detail.Then,combined with the experience summary method,case study method and system analysis method,FMEA is used to analyze the potential failure mode in on-line and off-line shooting process,which can systematically evaluate the quality problems and risks that may occur during the design,production and manufacturing of the product.And special preventive measures are proposed according to the specific quality problems to ultimately reduce the probability of failure.Finally,the Poka-Yoke technology is used to prevent or eliminate potential quality problems,and the comprehensive use of FMEA and Poka-Yoke technology in shooting process helps to achieve "zero defect" and improve product quality and brand influence.The application of FMEA and Poka-Yoke technology are summarized in on-line shooting,off-line shooting process and quality control in automotive fuel tank production.By the standardization promotion of FMEA and Poka-Yoke technology,the quality and safety risks can be effectively reduced in the production process,which can provide valuable experience for the quality control for related company. |
