With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,people's living standards are getting better and better,car ownership is increasing year by year,and limited land resources have made the urban transportation road network more and more complicated.One of the most troublesome problems.The rise of the Internet has found new ways to solve urban traffic problems.The research and application of intelligent transportation have made traffic problems largely relieved.Nowadays,there are many navigation systems on the market,but most of them are based on static path planning.Some of the so-called dynamic path planning is also dynamic at the current moment,and it is impossible to predict the travel time of road vehicles in a short time.This article analyzes the pain points and deficiencies of current navigation products in society,and studies the optimal path optimization problem based on road travel time prediction.This paper mainly studies the travel time prediction model and dynamic path optimization.Based on the similarity of historical data,this paper uses the BP neural network algorithm to make short-term predictions of road vehicle travel time.By comparing the prediction data,analyzing the prediction errors,evaluating the prediction effect,improving the prediction algorithm model,and finally making the model close to the predicted expected value.According to the prediction model,the road vehicle travel time is predicted,and then the path planning of the vehicle is induced by the prediction result.In this paper,the Dijkstra algorithm is used to carry out the path planning with the shortest travel time of the vehicle on the road.The feasibility of the algorithm model is verified through the experimental simulation of the prediction model and the optimal path planning model.Based on the core algorithm of the optimal path research based on road travel time prediction,a mobile police platform was developed,which was applied to the traffic dispatching in the process of command dispatching and using the shortest time to reach the scene to handle the accident.In addition to this core function,basic functions such asbackground management platform,peripheral facility query,task transfer-out and congestion alarm processing have been developed.Improve the efficiency of traffic police duty.The system performance test proves that the system is stable and reliable.
