| In recent years,China’s national economy and industrial structure have been continuously reformed and adjusted,and the freight market has changed tremendously.In order to meet the needs of the transportation market,China State Railway Group is actively transforming into a modern logistics enterprise.By developing “front-shop and back-factory” and “real-freight system”,the railway operation department has simplified the procedures of freight handling,strengthened communication with customers,and improved the quality of freight transportation services.However,in the process of railway freight transportation,the problem of freight’s overdue arrival still becomes the key “pain point” and restricts the quality of railway freight service.On the other hand,with the rapid development of big data and cloud computing technology,its application is also beginning to appear in the field of railway transportation.Railway informatization construction has accumulated huge amounts of truck running record data which has great value for studying operation time of each step in the whole transport journey and effect of timeliness.The main contents include the following parts:(1)The connotation of freight transport timeliness is explained and the influencing factors of timelines taking the freight production operation process is analyzed at first.Meanwhile,the difference between freight transport timeliness and transit time limit is compared,and the superiority of timeliness in evaluating freight production and service level are pointed out.Finally,the theory of big data is introduced and the method and process of analyzing the timeliness of freight based on big data is proposed.(2)Based on the connotation of freight transport timeliness,the timeliness of station and the timeliness of section operation are expounded combined with the railway cargo transportation production operation process and content.Aiming at the current situation of insufficient allocation of responsibility time in each production link of railway freight transportation in China,a method of dividing the responsibility time of cargo transportation based on big data is present using the actual production process to record data and big data analysis technology.The algorithm gives the concept and calculation method of transportation responsibility time and guarantee rate.(3)The definition of association rule and its application in big data analysis are introduced.Meanwhile,the process of big data mining is given.Then,the data structure and key information attribute are analyzed and a freight time reliability analysis method based on the association rule mining method is proposed.The reliability of transportation of different goods obtained in this study lays a solid foundation for the calculation of the timeliness of freight products in the fourth part of the study.(4)The influence of timeliness on customers’ choice of freight product considering the factors of railway freight transportation.A model of railway freight product price based on timeliness is proposed aiming at maximizing freight production income from the perspective of railway transportation production department. |
