In recent years,with the rapid development of China's urbanization and the continuous growth of population,urban congestion and the accompanying traffic delays and accidents have become increasingly prominent.As the intersection of multiple roads,the intersection is an important place for traffic flow to gather and change direction.Coupled with the reasons for urban traffic control,intersections have become an important research object in traffic delays.Therefore,in this paper,an operating state evaluation and timing optimization system for signalized intersections is proposed.It evaluates service levels at intersections based on their operating status.And the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence that have matured in recent years to provide new solutions for the optimization of signal timing.In addition,the systematic management of urban intersections has also been implemented.The system starts from these aspects,so that relevant personnel can fully understand the operating status of the intersection,as well as the cause of delays and problems with signal control at the intersection.Therefore,the system can realize the symptom and effectively improve the management and operation efficiency of urban road network intersections.In this paper,based on a survey of the current status of related research at home and abroad,based on basic traffic engineering theories,appropriate key traffic parameters are selected.Among them,delay is mainly used as an evaluation index applicable to the operation state of domestic road network intersections,and green signal ratio is used as a reference index for signal timing planning,and then related theories and technologies are introduced in detail.After that,requirements analysis of this project was carried out,and the functional goals and implementation requirements of the system were clarified.The main function structure of this system is divided into the basic management module of the intersection,floating car data management module,intersection evaluation module,intersection diagnosis module and signal timing optimization module.Then,the architecture design of the system,the detailed design and implementation of each functional module are explained in detail.In order to reduce the amount of code development and simplify the difficulty of system development,the project used floating car technology to obtain high-quality traffic data.The SSM framework was selected as the background development framework,with My SQL as the main database and Tomcat as the server.Among them,the implementation of the signal timing optimization module uses the LSTM algorithm to predict the traffic parameters of the intersection,and provides a reference index for the formulation of the signal timing scheme of the intersection.
