As an important part of the train operation control system,uninsulated track circuit plays an important role in ensuring the transmission distance of track signals.At present,it is commonly used to discover the fault capacitor by regularly running the detection vehicle to realize the "fault repair" of compensation capacitor.With the development of railway,the accuracy of fault diagnosis is required to be higher,and railway equipment will change from "fault repair" to "state repair",which requires the estimation of the actual capacity of compensation capacitor.According to the above requirements and based on the corresponding detection data of the detection vehicle,this paper conducts research on the following four aspects:1.Based on the electromagnetic field theory and finite element,a simulation model of fault diagnosis process of detection vehicle pair compensation capacitor is established,and the main influencing factors and their varying ranges are determined based on the model.Firstly,through the electromagnetic field theory,the detection process of the detection vehicle pair compensation capacitance is modeled,and the mathematical expression of the detection result is obtained.Secondly,considering the influence of metal media such as the detection vehicle body,the detection process is modeled based on the finite element method.Next,the above two models are verified and verified with actual data.Finally,based on the above model,the influence law of the detection results is analyzed from the aspects of compensation capacitance,rail impedance,rail bed resistance and train speed,etc.,and the variation range of the detection results under the corresponding most adverse conditions is determined based on particle swarm optimization(pso).2.A compensation capacitance estimation method based on compensation capacitance detection data of detection vehicle is proposed.Firstly,based on the above model and the analysis results of influencing factors,the regression model of compensation capacitance,rail inductance and detection results is constructed.Secondly,according to the fault diagnosis characteristics of the compensated capacitance of the detector car,a method of rail inductance regression estimation based on the data of the detector car is proposed.Finally,the estimation formula of compensation capacitance value is given.The results show that the proposed method has the characteristics of accurate estimation and strong robustness,which can provide theoretical support for fault prediction and "state modification" of compensation capacitance.3.Combining with the locomotive signal data of the detection vehicle,a method of compensating capacitor fault diagnosis based on data fusion theory is proposed.Firstly,the fault diagnosis index of the detection vehicle compensation capacitance detection system and the locomotive signal induced voltage amplitude envelope is designed.Then,the basic probability distribution is carried out based on the fuzzy theory.Finally,by using DS evidence theory,the results of the two fault diagnosis methods are fused,and the function and performance of the algorithm are verified experimentally with actual data.The experimental results show that the accuracy of fault diagnosis is improved obviously after the fusion of the two independent fault diagnosis methods of compensation capacitor.4.Based on the fault diagnosis system of compensation capacitance of detection vehicle,the fault diagnosis and capacity estimation software of compensation capacitance is designed.Firstly,the function of the software is analyzed and the modules are divided.Then,the compensation capacitance estimation method and the fault diagnosis method of compensation capacitance based on data fusion are written as software.Finally,the actual data is used for verification and demonstration.The results show that the software designed in this paper can obtain the compensation capacitance information recorded by the detection vehicle,and based on this,fault diagnosis and capacity estimation of the compensation capacitance in the selected segment can be performed.There are 51 pictures,6 tables and 68 references.
