The reinforced concrete structure directly determines the components of shear,bending,torsion and the ability to resist earthquake.In the recent years,with the problem of reinforced concrete structure durability more and more obvious,a large number of old buildings need to consolidate and maintain.Therefore,it is crucial to detect the quantity,diameter,position,cover thickness of construction member before the consolidation.So,it has a great meaning to ascertain the position of rebar in the concrete.On the basis of electromagnetism principle,this thesis devises one kind of instrument which detects the position of rebar in the concrete.The main content of the paper is as follows:The paper introduces the importance of testing of reinforced concrete structures and reinforced protective layer thickness,comparing the advantages and disadvantages associated detection methods domestic and come electromagnetic induction without injury detection is a method of detecting rebar in concrete the most suitable,and further summed up the domestic.Secondly,the paper introduces the principle of measuring the position of steel in concrete by means of electromagnetic method.Through the analysis of the sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio of the detector,the design reference basis for improving the performance of the detector is obtained,And the design idea and test flow of the hand-held barbed detector designed in this paper are given.The hardware circuit of the rebar position detector is given,which mainly includes signal generation,signal extraction and signal processing circuit module.Finally,the large number of experiments to establish a test database,and the data fitting process,the data given under different test conditions(different diameter of the steel)fit function,to further promote the improvement of the accuracy of test data from the processing perspective.
