The frame is a key component of the high-speed EMU bogie,which determines the structural reliability and safety of the high-speed EMU bogie.As the speed of the EMU continues to increase,the stress fluctuations experienced by the bogies increase significantly,which requires enhancing the structural reliability of the frame.Based on the long-term follow-up test project of CR300 BF series EMU bogie frame of the Structural Strength Laboratory of Beijing Jiaotong University,this paper carried out the long-term tracking test of CR300 BF series EMU bogie frame of Leshan-Xingwen test section of Chengdu-Guizhou passenger dedicated line,and passed the finite element method.The two aspects of simulation calculation and line measurement data analysis were carried out to analyze and evaluate the structural reliability and dynamic stress change characteristics of the bogie frame.In this paper,based on the three-dimensional model of CR300 BF series EMU power steering frame,the mesh is drawn by Hypermesh,the finite element simulation calculation of the frame is performed by ANSYS,and the structural strength is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the static strength and fatigue strength of the CR300 BF series EMU power steering frame meet the standard requirements,and the modal value of the frame's first-order elastic mode is 47.3 Hz.Based on the laboratory test data of a large number of lines obtained from the CR300 BF series EMU power steering frame test,the n Code analysis software was used for data processing to obtain the dynamic stress,equivalent stress,damage and life of the representative measuring points of each part.The results show that the equivalent stress at each measuring point of the framework is less than the allowable fatigue stress of 70 MPa,and its fatigue life meets the operational requirements of 12 million kilometers.Finally,analyze the influence of different lines,different speed conditions and different operating conditions on the dynamic stress of the frame to obtain the changing characteristics of the dynamic stress of the measuring point of the EMU bogie frame under typical working conditions,and analyze the causes of these changes.The research conclusion of this paper shows that the reliability of the CR300 BF series EMU power steering frame meets the design requirements,and the design concept of this type of frame structure can provide a reference for subsequent products of the same series.35 figures,21 tables,58 references.
