In current stage, with the rapid development of railway technology, High-speed EMU has been in operation on the main line in most regions. Higher penetration brought to a higher level of railway safety requirements. So that the stability of EMU is a essential requirement of safety and efficiency in daily operation. The bogie is one of the important components in EMU system and its health affects the performance of vehicle dynamics, driving safety and operational quality. Because the main function of bogie is delivering a variety loads between body and wheels, so that the bogie damage of structural fatigue has been a problem for designers and operators. After considering difference in the performance of high-speed EMU affected by low-temperature in the region northeast In order to get the information of damage by fatigue and its changes along with the impact by the repair cycle, there would be a period of2years of follow-experiment on CRH380B6246that one alpine model of CRH380B series which product by CNR. To assess the life of EMU welded frame, the test that measuring structural stress and time course by the strain gauge would be taken. According to the actual road conditions and operating speed, the experimental data were analyzed, as the following:1) Trends of key parts of the dynamic stress would change with increases of the high-speed train operating mileage2) Impact on the dynamic stress would change with turnings wheel repair during the process in high-speed train operation.3) Impact on the dynamic stress would change with operation speed fixed.
