Integrated multi-datalink network planning is the process of generating a network configuration plan for the coordinated operation of each participating platform according to the specific requirements of the mission,which is completed by designing multidatalink network structures,allocating network resources and planning other details.Tactical data link a kind of digital information processing system that is oriented and developed for the specific platform is an important component of a multi-datalink network.It not only can efficiently and quickly transmit tactical communication services using a standard data format but also is a bridge for communication platforms on the battlefield.With the development of the times and changes in combat missions,the tactical data link technology is constantly updated,and typical tactical data links such as Link-4,Link-11,Link-16,Link-22 have appeared.Because of the diversity of modern combat missions,a single data link can no longer meet operational needs.So we require multiple data links to work together.The integrated multi-datalink planning system enables the participating platforms in the network to unite through the data link,share the battlefield intelligence information,and enhance the mutual cooperation ability.The research of the integrated multi-datalink planning system is of great significance to the comprehensive application of our military multi-datalink.This article focuses on the design and implementation of integrated multi-datalink planning system.According to the characteristics of multi-datalink network structure,a multi-datalink network integrated planning process of “requirement analysis?network structure design?tactical service deployment?planning result verification output” is proposed.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)We analysis of the technical characteristics,network organization and message format of Link-4,Link-11,Link-16 and Link-22 tactical data links;(2)According to combat missions and communication services demand analysis,we design network structure and tactical service for multidatalink networks under delay constraints and transmission constraints,describe and output planning results;(3)based on ODK(OPNET Development Kit,ODK)software we achieved integrated multi-datalink planning system;(4)Single-link single-network,single-link multi-network,multi-link multi-network planned by integrated multi-datalink planning system are verified by the OPNET Modeler simulation platform.The simulation results show that the single-link single-network,single-link multi-network,and multi-link multi-network planned by the integrated multi-datalink planning system are operating normally.The packet loss rate and the end-to-end delay of the business meet the predetermined requirements,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the integrated multi-datalink planning system.The integrated multidatalink planning system is used to quickly create a multi-datalink network,which makes complex network planning simple and greatly improves the speed of a multi-datalink network generation.The planning results have great reference significance for multidatalink network design in real-world operations.
