With the increasing number of high-speed railway stations and the widespread application of Centralized Traffic Control(CTC)systems on railways in China,the station carrying capacity and the professional quality of station personnel also have an impact on the operating efficiency and driving safety of high-speed railway stations.The correct evaluation of the station carrying capacity and the improvement of station personnel professional quality have important practical significance for improving the railway transportation capacity and transportation management efficiency.At the same time,new technologies such as Cloud Platform and Big Data also provide new research directions for improving the efficiency and capacity of railway transportation.This paper aims to improve the professional quality of the high-speed railway station personnel,accomplish the automatic analysis of the high-speed railway station's carrying capacity,and achieve "non-contact" training for railway station.And it takes the high-speed railway station simulation system and capability analysis cloud platform as the research object.The operation mode,user interface and interlocking relationship are consistent with the actual system on site.And eventually a cloud platform simulation system with functions of station carrying capacity analysis and station equipment operation time analysis was built.The main work of this article includes:(1)The theories of CTC,station carrying capacity,cloud platform and cluster analysis algorithm are studied.First introduced the architecture,control mode and main functions of the CTC system.Then analyzed the influencing factors of the station carrying capacity.And introduced the station carrying capacity calculation method,the key technology of cloud platform and the big data's clustering algorithm.Finally the feasibility of the railway station simulation system combined with the cloud platform and the calculation of the station's carrying capacity was demonstrated.Based on this,the overall structure of the system and the communication foundation of the cloud platform are designed.(2)A new method for station carrying capacity calculation based on the railway station simulation is designed.An automatic switch grouping algorithm is designed to realize the automatic switch grouping function.The calculation method of non-idle time of switch group is put forward.The function of importing train operation plan is designed,and on the basis of this,the establishment of station carrying capacity automatic analysis simulation model was completed.(3)An improved fuzzy matrix clustering analysis algorithm is proposed.And based on this,the design of clustering analysis function of station equipment operation time is completed.The improved fuzzy matrix clustering analysis algorithm and K-means clustering analysis algorithm are simulated.The clustering results are compared and analyzed from the clustering efficiency,clustering speed and clustering error.And it is proved that the clustering algorithm proposed in this paper has certain advantages in clustering efficiency and compactness.(4)The case study of the cloud platform system is completed.The system's initial interface and display style are introduced.And the train operation plan import function,turnout automatic grouping function,station carrying capability statistical analysis function,station equipment operation time evaluation function and station equipment operation time cluster analysis function are implemented.
