| In the current rapid development and operation of urban rail transit,as a key link in emergency management,evacuation on the medium and low speed maglev railway bridges has become a question worth exploring.Based on The Key Technology of Emergency Rescue on Medium and Low Speed Maglev Railway Bridges supported by Beijing Natural Science Foundation(8172040),for the lack of research of domestic and foreign emergency facilities and occupant evacuation on bridges,this paper summarizes the maglev railway emergency facilities,builds the evacuation simulation model of the train and occupants of the medium and low speed maglev railway,conducts the simulation research of single-direction and three-dimensional evacuation on bridges,summarizes the regulation of evacuation process and time,analyzes impacts and gives suggestions.Through the above research,the following conclusions are obtained.Through literature analysis and field investigation,types of emergency facilities on bridges are summarized.The vertical mainly include four types:the independent stairs,the escape elevators,the escape slide and the flexible slip bag.The longitudinal mainly refer to the evacuation walkway.The horizontal mainly include two types:the evacuation walkway and the crossing boards.Based on the multi-agent simulation system Pathfinder,the evacuation model of the train and occupants of the medium and low speed maglev railway is built.Through model verification,and the models in this paper can reflect the behavior of occupants realistically and calculate the evacuation time accurately.For 186 evacuation cases on bridges,the core evaluation indicators are three types of evacuation time:time of leaving the accident train t1,time of leaving the dangerous zone t2and time of leaving the evacuation location t3,and the evacuation situation of occupants through different emergency facilities on bridges was simulated and calculated.The single-direction evacuation simulation on bridges is researched.The evacuation process and time change regulation are analyzed and summarized.The independent stairs and the escape elevators are recommended for vertical emergency facilities on bridges.Stair width of the independent stairs is recommended to be 1.3 m or more,and each open or closed delay of the escape elevators is recommended to appropriately reduce.The evacuation walkway is recommended for longitudinal and horizontal emergency facilities on bridges.Walkway width of the evacuation walkway is recommended to be 1.3 m or more,and railing spacing of the evacuation walkway is recommended to appropriately increase.The three-dimensional evacuation simulation on bridges is also researched.Longitudinal,vertical and horizontal evacuation,appropriate evacuation organization of occupants and equipping with more independent stairs evenly distributed between stations are recommended.The average distance between independent stairs and stations D is recommended to be 0.50 km to 0.75 km,and the distance from the midpoint of the accident train to the nearest independent stairs or stations d is recommended to be kept at 0.375 km and below. |
