With people paying more and more attention to the autonomous support capability of military UAV,improving the testability and reliability of UAV avionics system has become an important topic of UAV development.The testability verification test of UAV subsystem is of great significance to improve and optimize the testability and reliability design of UAV subsystem.In this paper,based on the development of UAV Ground comprehensive simulation test platform of Chengdu Aircraft Design and Research Institute,and under the support of relevant theories,the relevant test platform is designed and implemented,and the testability verification test of UAV subsystem unit is carried out.In order to carry out the testability verification test,it is necessary to design and build the UAV fault injection and test platform.This paper introduces the UAV airborne equipment and subsystem simulator to be tested in this project,and analyzes the test flow of UAV subsystem unit testability verification test.Based on the model of fault test theory,the table items of fault injection table and fault diagnosis table which can be used in UAV fault injection and test platform are designed and generated.Through the analysis of the test requirements,the overall structure of the UAV ground simulation test platform is designed,and the UAV flight simulation and ground measurement and control platform,which provides the basis for the follow-up test,is introduced.The fault injection system and the fault test system applied to this subject are described in detail from the perspective of hardware construction and software development.Taking the active thermal control unit JA01 of UAV thermal control subsystem as a specific case,the testability analysis and validation test are completed according to the designed UAV Ground testability verification system.Based on the multi signal flow graph,the module level testability analysis of the unit is carried out,and the fault test correlation matrix is obtained.Finally,the fault injection set and fault diagnosis test set are obtained,and the fault injection and fault detection tests are carried out respectively.Finally,the testability index and test conclusion of the active thermal control unit are obtained,and the improvement scheme of testability and reliability design is given according to the test results.Finally,the test results of UAV subsystem unit testability verification are obtained and analyzed,and the performance verification and evaluation of UAV avionics system testability verification platform are made.The research content of this project can effectively evaluate the testability design index of UAV subsystem unit.At the same time,it provides the test data support and guidance basis for improving the reliability and fault tolerance of UAV avionics system,reducing the false alarm rate,and provides the test basis for the later system level intelligent bit design and the computer operation algorithm design of integrated fault diagnosis.
